Sorry it has been soOoOo long since my last blog post. I started blogging almost a year ago to keep everyone update while Logan and I were on our Honeymoon in Maui! Then, somewhere along the way I stopped! The other day I started looking back at our blog and realized how much I really enjoyed and missed doing it. So, I made a New Years Resolution (a very early one) hahah... I am going to do my best to start blogging again. When people would ask me why I haven't been blogging I would reply because my life consists of work, cooking dinner, and bed. Well then I decided that not every day is suppose to be filled with excitement, is it?? So on my 40 minute drive home from work today, I started thinking about what I was going to blog about and finally I have figured it out. I have decided to pick a word everyday that describes the day I am having or a word that has made a difference in my day. Since I enjoy my daily scripture I receive via email each day, I am going to find a Bible verse that has my word it in. Maybe this will create some excitement and also help me grow spiritually. We will see how it works!!
Can you guess what my word is today?!?!
RAIN
It seems like so many people around the world are praying for RAIN these days! We were very blessed this afternoon to get a half inch of rain. We were able to turn some bean water off and my Farmer is in a much better mood!
Luke Bryan says it best...
My daddy spent his life lookin' up at the sky
He'd cuss, kick the dust, sayin' son it's way too dry
It clouds up in the city, the weather man complains
But where I come from, RAIN is a good thing.
I hope all you farmers are blessed with some RAIN in the next couple of days!
Sorry I don't have any pictures from today but believe me I have plenty to catch you all up on. I still have to give all of you the tour of my exciting new town I live in! :) Hope you all enjoy the word game. Now it's time for bed!
Psalms 147:7-8 Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God: Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth RAIN for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
