Asking for Prayers...

For Papa as he goes and has a PET scan tomorrow morning in Jonesboro and then heads to Little Rock to UAMS to stay in the hospital for a few days. We pray they figure out the problem so he can hurry home and play with his little buddy! We are so ready for him to get well and start feeling better!


Mullen enjoys sitting and watching tv with his papa!











We know God is in control and has the situation under control. Thank you for your prayers!! We serve an awesome God!

Weekend wrap up!

This past weekend was packed full with lots of visiting and fun. Friday I got off work a little early so I came home and played with this precious guy! He is getting to where he laughs a lot and smiles all the time. I so enjoy this sweet face!





Friday night we went and had Mexican and then came back home and enjoyed a nice quiet night at home on the couch.

Can you tell that Mullen is our entertainment?? I'm not sure what we did before him.





Saturday morning I got up early and headed to Jonesboro for Libby's initiation into Chi Omega. I am so glad I was able to make it and it was great seeing everyone. I hate we didn't take any pictures. I am proud to call her my sister. After initiation I headed back home so Lisa, Mullen, and I could go check on Sally and visit Stacy while she was in town. Sally has been in the hospital so we thought we better go check on her and take her flowers and cookies. That will cheer anyone up right?!??



We enjoyed getting to visit with Stacy while she was in town. We so wished they lived closer to us. Mullen just smiled at her that is after he finally decided to wake up. We hope to go to NJ one of these days to visit them.



Sally got him this sweet book for Christmas!

Sunday morning we got up and got ready for church.


Sunday was Matt and Hollie's anniversary, so Mullen had to wish them a very Happy Anniversary!! Matt was very impressed with how well Mullen can write already! Ha!





Sunday afternoon after lunch at Nanaw and Papa's we enjoyed an afternoon stroll. It was such a beautiful day compared to how cold it is today. I look forward to many strolls to come!


We barely made it out of the driveway before he fell asleep!


I put Mullen on the floor while I went to get ready for night church and this is how I found him when I came back. He wanted to match tv I guess! I have a feeling he is going to love him some tv like his daddy!


Sunday night after church we had our Sunday School Christmas/valentine's party at Joe and Lisa's. We had a great time playing dirty valentine instead of dirty Santa.

While we went to the party Angie came over and kept the little man! We sure are so thankful for our Gigi!! She is so great with Mullen!! She will never know how much we love her and appreciate her!

Family fun!

This weekend has been full of family fun and lots of cousin time for baby Mullen!!

We started the weekend off Friday night going to Brick Oven Pizza with Andy, Blayne, Jackson, and Easton! We had a great time and the boys were really good considering how long it took to get our food. I hate I didn't take many pictures of our outing.

Saturday morning Mullen and I got up and got ready and headed to West Memphis to spend time with Nonna, Poppa, Brooke, Ray, Lily, and Layne! We sure missed Emily and Caleb but know they are having a blast in New Orleans.



All excited about going to Nonna and Poppa's!






Every now and then when your short on time and don't have enough hands to feed, get ready, and pack these bottles come in handy!! I don't like to use them often because I cherish giving Mullen a bottle, but they are also good for Acid Reflux and we need all the help we can with that. I highly recommend these hands-free bottles when your crunched for time and don't have enough hands.

“Cousins are the friends you keep forever.” Mullen loves all his sweet cousins... Lily, Layne, Jackson, and Easton! They are all so sweet to him! I look forward to watching them grow up together.



Saturday we went to seize the clay and painted some masterpieces!!

Layne had to get his time with Mullen in too. Mullen is almost as big as Layne.

Last night was the first night Mullen slept in his pack and play. We are one step closer to his bed.

What a fun and relaxing weekend we had! We so enjoyed our time with our family!! I love moments like these!
