6 Month Check up!

Last week Mullen had to go for his 6 month check up and the dreaded shots! He did really good! It always hurts me more than it does him I think. He has grown up so much in these past 6 months. I'm not sure where the time has gone, but I think I better start planning his 1st birthday party soon because it will be here before we know it. So sad! Slow down please!



Mullen loves Dr. Bailey and her nurses!


21 pounds of pure sweetness!


Mullen is doing so good at sitting up on his own. He's eating baby food in the morning and at dinner. He has 1 top tooth and has another one on the bottom this week. He's still not a good sleeper. He is a Momma's boy!


He is very impatient when it comes to certain things. He loves to play with his cousins and he loves being outside.


His smile will melt your heart!


He didn't want Dr. Bailey to listen to his chest instead he wanted to eat the stethoscope. Everything goes in his mouth these days!


He has changed so much over the past 6 months! He has brought so much joy to our lives! He will never know how much we love him!!

Weekend with Family!

I love weekends that I get to spend with family! We had a great time Easter shoe shopping, playing with cousins, Aunts, Uncle, Nonna & Poppa, taking 6 month pictures, visiting the Easter Bunny, Palm Sunday Service, and celebrating Reid's 2nd Birthday!!



Mullen took his 6 month pictures Friday afternoon and I think they are going to be just precious!! I can't wait to see them!

We had to make a stop at Whimsy Cookies for some yummy sugar cookies!! My weekness!



These 3 were so excited to see their aunt Brooke! We are so glad she is home from China!


This little boys foot grew from a 1 to a 3 almost overnight it feels like!

We made it back just in time to celebrate Reid's birthday!

I have been posting blogs and they haven't been posting! I had to delete the app and download again only to find out the ones that didn't post are long gone!! Sad day!! So this one is a test before I spend time with a new post only to find out it didn't post.

This, That, and the Other?!

Things have been crazy busy at work the past few days and after typing emails all day I haven't much felt like blogging! Plus when you add a time change in the mix you take advantage of all the shut eye you can get at night! I do have some cute pictures that need to be posted so here we go!!


Look at this big boy in his polo and khakis!! He was enjoying a little Sunday morning Baby Channel while I finished getting ready for church!


After church we headed to Nanaw and Papa's for Sunday lunch.


Then we played some and Mullen watched mommy put bottles in the dishwasher!


Can you tell someone is teething?


On a side note!! Look what we finally broke down and bought!! I have used it every morning and night this week. I am making up for all the time I have gone without !


We enjoyed a long nap since the time change has us all messed up.


And then...


Mullen had his first bite of baby food in his cereal. He loved the apples!


Monday we got Daddy's new door hanger in the mail! We are now ready for opening day thanks to Nonna for Mullen's outfit and Joly at Just Me Jolee for doing an awesome job on our screen!


















Gigi came over to get her Mullen fix! Mullen loves his Gigi!!



Mullen enjoyed sitting up in his new walker! No worries his feet don't touch the ground.


He ate more apples!



I love getting pictures during the day of this cutie!! It does make me miss him more though.
