TGIF

This morning as Mullen and I are up hanging out at 4 I am so thankful it's finally Friday and that I have a happy boy to play with bright and early!! This week Mullen went for his 4 month Dr. Visit and to get his shots... post to come soon. He also learned to roll over!! What am eventful week he has had... snow, shots, and rolling over!!

This weekend we are headed to Nonna and Poppa's house! We can't wait to see them and are looking forward to spending time with his aunts, uncles, and cousins too!!

Snow Much Fun!!

Yesterday I worked from home due to all the snow and today it looks like I will be doing the same. This time they are calling for sleet, freezing rain, and maybe some snow. YUCK!! I'm normally not the one to say I'm ready for Spring, but I am so over this yucky weather and ready for something just a little warmer! Thank goodness we have a generator just in case we should need it. Praying we don't though!! We had a very uneventful snow day yesterday. Mommy enjoyed staying at home and working. I actually got more done than I expected to!

About 5 yesterday afternoon I decided I would brave the cold and take Mullen out for a few minutes just to take a few pictures of him and the snow. He loved every minute of it!! When I was on a work trip in Dallas back in December I ran upon this snowsuit on sale and I must say we have definitely got our money's worth! He wears this thing every time we go outside since he doesn't like to be covered up.

Super Bowl Sunday!!

We had a very laid back Super Bowl Sunday here at the Jett Household. We started the day out with church, but due to the weather outlook we just had church and no Sunday school. Good thing because around 11 the snow started and it didn't end until last night. We woke up this morning with about 6 or so inches of snow!









We took this picture yesterday afternoon. Mullen's first snow!!


Mullen was practicing up on his touchdown only to find out we wouldn't need it. What a bummer the Super Bowl was. Very disappointed with the commercials and the game itself! I still enjoyed this game with this cutie pie!



This boy was excited about his first Super Bowl!





He even ate some corn.


Grams made it back from Little Rock this morning and came to see us! Sorry for the bad lighting.


This is how Mullen spent most of the game sitting on my lap playing.



This picture cracks me up! Mullen was so into Bruno and the half time show. I tried to catch him dancing to the music but I didn't capture it.

Happy Saturday!!

Not a lot to update on Papa. He is still in the hospital, but told Logan today he was feeling better. They have run lots of test and Monday they are going to drain the fluid off his lungs and then hopefully he can come home!! We are so ready for him,Nanaw, and Grams to come home!


This little guy has found his feet and thinks they are so much fun to play with.


Someone was up bright and early Wednesday morning so he helped me get ready! I loved getting to see him smile and laugh first thing in the morning!

I forgot to post this picture the other night when we went to visit papa before he left to go to the hospital. Mullen has become a big fan of Nanaw and I'm so glad!!

Thursday Mullen had his 4 month pictures and he did so good!! I can't wait to see them I know they are going to be precious! He laughed and smiled for most all of them!

Today we stayed at home and then went and ate dinner in Pocahontas and went to the store.


Mullen was so good at dinner and at Walmart! You can only imagine how crazy it was since they are calling for a chance of snow! Now were home and it's time for bed. Hope you had a great Saturday!
